F. E. Hill Outfitters, LLC Accepts the Following:
Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Venmo and Apple Pay

Deposit

ALL Whitetail hunts require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $1,000.00 Per Hunter.
ALL Thermal / Night Vision Hunts with a party larger than 3 hunters require a NON-RUFUNDABLE $200.00 deposit Per Hunter.
NO deposits are required for duck hunts but are welcomed.

Hunting License

Here at F. E. Hill Outfitters, LLC we are more than happy to help with the Licensing process. We work with a vendor in the town of Fairfield, TX (Capps Ag Center 903.389.4505) hunters can contact them and tell them you are hunting with us, and the dates of your hunt and they will take a credit card over the phone and your Hunting License will be waiting for you at camp upon your arrival. OR hunters are asked to purchase directly through the Texas Parks and Wildlife Online service.

Transportation

If you and your hunting party are not driving, we ask you to fly into Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (1.5 hrs. from camp) or Dallas Love Field (1 hour 15 mins from camp). Hunters will be responsible for their own transportation to and from camp. We do offer a shuttle service to and from the DFW and Dallas Love, but you will need to make a reservation with our service. We can also provide help in making that reservation. The Shuttle has room for all hunters and your hunting gear.
